SECOND SHIFT
10PM - 6AM
•Rotating schedule after first project Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and team members. Manage site resources effectively to maintain project efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with hospitality construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and plans. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000.
