Job Description

BCB Homes is seeking an experienced Superintendent to serve as the on-site leader for luxury custom residential construction projects. The Superintendent is responsible for delivering BCB's standard of excellence in quality, service, schedule, safety, communication, and jobsite presentation. This role requires a highly organized field leader who can coordinate trade partners, protect the integrity of architectural and interior design details, anticipate challenges, communicate professionally with project stakeholders, and maintain a clean, safe, and polished jobsite. The ideal candidate understands that building a luxury custom home requires more than managing construction activities; it requires ownership, craftsmanship, discretion, proactive communication, and an unwavering commitment to the client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with discerning clients, design professionals, trade partners, neighbors, community representatives, and internal team members.
- Own the field schedule, proactively coordinate trade partners and material deliveries, and communicate schedule impacts before they affect quality, client expectations, or project milestones.
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional field updates to Project Managers, Field Operations leadership, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular quality checks throughout each phase of construction to identify and resolve issues before they become punch-list items.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation, including field reports, progress photos, schedule updates, inspections, issues, delays, and trade partner performance notes through company-approved systems.
- Follow builder's specifications and maintain BCB's luxury quality standards through daily field oversight, plan/specification alignment, proactive issue resolution, and consistent attention to detail, with the goal of delivering a clean, complete, and highly refined finished product.
- Review plans, specifications, selections, and design details to ensure work is completed accurately and to BCB's quality standards.
- Set clear expectations for trade partners regarding schedule, quality, cleanliness, safety, communication, and respect for the client's property and surrounding community.
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule, budget, quality, or the client experience.
- Partner with Project Managers, Field Operations, architects, engineers, interior designers, trade partners, and clients to support a seamless construction experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and professionally presented jobsite that reflects BCB Homes' standards and respects the client, neighboring properties, community requirements, and trade partners.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, county, and community regulations.

- Able to read, interpret, and coordinate civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design drawings.
- Professional, polished, and comfortable interacting with discerning clients and design professionals.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and project details.
