As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate daily operations, supervise teams, manage subcontractors, and uphold safety protocols. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project success and client satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee complex projects and make a tangible impact in the construction industry. Responsibilities Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring work progresses according to schedule and specifications. Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to maintain productivity and workflow. Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies to promote a safe working environment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution accurately. Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend and other tools for project tracking, scheduling, and documentation. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, reviewing contracts, and controlling expenditures effectively. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets design specifications, codes, and client expectations. Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software; update regularly to reflect project progress. Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and team members to facilitate smooth operations from start to finish. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or Field Superintendent with a strong background in custom homes. Demonstrated supervising experience on large-scale construction sites with multiple crews and subcontractors. Extensive knowledge of construction management practices including budgeting, scheduling, blueprint reading, and quality assurance. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Buildertrend or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols applicable to heavy construction environments. Experience reading technical drawings including schematics; ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using ohmmeters is a plus.
