• Oversee day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
• Manage ground-up construction and major residential renovation projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules
• Ensure work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience in luxury residential construction
• Experience building custom homes of 10,000+ square feet required
• Proven background delivering both ground-up and renovation projects
• Strong knowledge of high-end finishes, craftsmanship, and construction sequencing
• Stable work history with strong tenure and local Broward County market knowledge What's on
