We have been in business for over 20 years and have been growing steadily. We are looking for a Construction Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Utilize construction management software Buildertrend for project scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings to guide project development accurately. Oversee site operations ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards; conduct regular site inspections and audits.

Qualifications Residential Remodeling Expertise:

Minimum 3 years in high-end residential remodeling project management, with a preference for custom, detailed projects.

Client & Team Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to consistently deliver high level customer service.

Digital Project Management:

Proficient in construction management software (e.g. Buildertrend) to maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Tech Savvy:

Strong command of computers and mobile construction apps.

Independent & Collaborative:

Proven ability to take initiative on-site while fostering team collaboration.

Complex Problem-Solving:

Adept at identifying on-site challenges and implementing proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
