The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent - Commercial & Retail Construction should have: 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role Experience with interior renovations and ground-up construction projects Background working in occupied and unoccupied retail environments OSHA 30 certification plus CPR/First Aid/AED training required LEED accreditation preferred with strong leadership and communication skills. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from
USD 150.000
to
USD 170.000.
