Seaside Marine Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee marine construction projects, including seawalls, docks, and boat lifts. This role requires hands-on project management experience and the ability to manage jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Manage multiple construction projects from planning through completion Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, inspectors, and municipalities Track schedules, budgets, and project progress Communicate with clients regarding timelines and updates Conduct site visits and resolve issues as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction project management (marine or civil required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Familiarity with permits, inspections, and construction documentation
