Join a fast-growing GC with strong leadership pedigree Pipeline of $100K-$3M commercial interiors projects About Our Client A South Florida-based commercial general contractor founded by a former Senior PM from a nationally recognized builder. The company specializes in tenant improvements, renovations, and selective ground-up projects, typically ranging from $100K to $3M. With a strong pipeline and consistent growth across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties, they are actively expanding their field team. Job Description Manage commercial interior projects (restaurants, Class A office, medical) Lead site operations from preconstruction through closeout Oversee subcontractors, schedules, and quality control Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Take full ownership of projects in a hands-on GC environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 7-8+ years of commercial construction experience Background with a smaller GC (full project lifecycle exposure) Strong experience in interiors (restaurant, office, or medical TI) Proven ability to run projects independently What's on Offer $115K-$130K base salary 5-10% bonus + 401K (4% match) 90% healthcare covered + $500/month allowance Strong pipeline and clear growth within an expanding business
