Job Description

Role summary: Own day-to-day field execution and be the accountable field leader for assigned projects.
Core responsibilities and requirements:
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) Drive daily field schedule and subcontractor sequencing. Own site logistics, safety and workmanship/quality. Coordinate inspections, deliveries and field readiness. Maintain daily logs and short-interval/lookahead plans. Verify actual progress against plan. Surface field issues early and escalate when needed. Drive punch and field closeout.
