Responsibilities Supervise daily plumbing activities on residential, multi-family, and commercial projects Plan manpower, materials, and scheduling to meet project deadlines Ensure all work meets code, quality, and safety standards Coordinate with general contractors, other trades, and project management Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and submittals Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbers and apprentices Monitor job costs, material usage, and productivity Conduct site safety meetings and enforce company safety policies Troubleshoot complex plumbing and mechanical issues Document progress and communicate status to project managers and leadership Required Skills Plumbing installation and repair Blueprint reading and interpretation Construction project coordination Crew supervision and leadership Knowledge of plumbing codes and standards Jobsite safety management (OSHA) Material takeoffs and job planning Troubleshooting plumbing systems Multi-family and commercial construction experience Communication with contractors and project managers
