We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Manager to oversee daily HVAC installation operations. This role is responsible for managing installation crews, scheduling projects, maintaining quality standards, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping jobs on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, HVAC industry experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate HVAC installation schedules and crews Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards Monitor job progress, materials, and labor costs Train and support installers and field staff Communicate with customers, office staff, and vendors Maintain high levels of quality control and customer satisfaction Qualifications HVAC management or field leadership experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation practices Ability to lead teams and solve problems effectively Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
