This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
JOB DUTIES
This is a highly advanced position requiring at least one year of professional work experience in managing project budgets and contract management. The position is responsible for managing, overseeing, and updating project PR's and budgets. This position is responsible for managing all contracts for regional facilities and completing operation reviews. 1. Develops work plans, budgets, and schedules; manages contracts and bid processes. 2. Submits purchase requests (PRs), monitors expenditures, and maintains maintenance and construction projects budgets. 3. Conducts facility visits to review and resolve maintenance issues. 4. Reviews and approves invoices; coordinates audits and ACA preparation. 5. Performs operational reviews of regional facilities.
