Your missions are as follows:

Management :

Leading the teams and sectors under your responsibility.

Technology:

Organization and management of the worksite (personnel, equipment, products, work schedules) to ensure compliance with specifications.

Commercial :

Constant contact with customers to ensure their satisfaction, promotion and quotation of additional and exceptional work. Management /

Administration :

Analysis and summary of site reports with the Agency Manager. Human resources management : Management of the recruitment process, personnel administration and agent training, control and management of time and attendance. Health and safety : Participation in drawing up prevention plans, monitoring authorizations, compliance with procedures. Your assets You have a Bac +2/Bac +3 education. You have experience in the cleaning sector and proven initial experience in management, site supervision, and team leadership, ideally in the service industry. You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to work as part of a team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and results orientation. Driving license required.
