Job Description:
DMS Contractors LLC is looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Bilingual Construction Project & Field Coordinator . This role directly supports our Project Managers by managing field technicians, walking job sites with homeowners , and handling city inspection BIDs. Key Responsibilities:
Direct Supervision & Crew Support:
Oversee day-to-day work performed by internal technicians and subcontractors on active job sites.
Homeowner Communication:
Maintain open communication with homeowners, providing project updates and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
City Inspection BIDs:
Process, track, and follow up on city inspection BIDs, municipal paperwork, and work authorizations.
Bilingual Translation & Flow:
Ensure smooth, fluent communication between English-speaking clients/inspectors and Spanish-speaking technicians.
Project Closeout:
Conduct pre-inspection walks, collect signed certificates of completion from homeowners, and deliver final reports to PMs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Proven track record in residential construction coordination, field management, or customer service in the trades. Strong customer relations skills—ability to manage homeowner expectations calmly and professionally. Practical knowledge of residential home repairs, trades, and city compliance. Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to local job sites daily.
