Branch Services Coordinator — DeFuniak Springs, FL Preferred Builder Resources | Full-Time | DeFuniak Springs, FL Preferred Builder Resources (PBR) is a growing Gulf Coast specialty contractor serving homebuilders across Alabama and Florida. Our DeFuniak Springs branch is hiring a Branch Services Coordinator to work directly alongside our Builder Services Manager — the right hand of the person running the branch. This role is a proven pathway into branch leadership at PBR as we grow. You won't be installing — you'll be responsible for measurement accuracy, installation quality, and warehouse operations for the entire branch. We'll train you on our products and processes; what we need from you is accountability, organization, and the judgment to hold work to a standard. What You'll Own Field measurements — take and verify measurements at new-home job sites for products like insulation, garage doors, shower doors, shelving, and blinds; your numbers drive what gets ordered and built Quality control — inspect crews' completed installations, document findings, and make sure punch items get corrected before a job is called done The warehouse — run receiving, inventory, organization, and job staging for the branch Material logistics — when a crew in the field is short on product, you solve it same-day Builder relationships — represent PBR on job sites with builder superintendents during walks and inspections Who Succeeds in This Role Someone ready for real responsibility and hungry to grow into branch leadership Detail-driven and accountable — measurements have to be right the first time, and quality standards only matter if someone enforces them Organized under pressure — able to prioritize when multiple crews need support at once Professional and confident on active construction sites Valid driver's license with a clean record; able to lift 75 lbs and willing to get forklift certified (we'll train you) Experience That Helps You Stand Out We will train the right person, but candidates with a construction background of any kind are significantly more likely to receive an offer.
