This role is vital in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently while meeting our quality standards. As a Construction Field Manager, you will coordinate on-site activities, manage teams, and do daily quality control. Responsibilities Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Oversee quality control processes, conducting inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide on-site work and resolve technical issues promptly. Enforce OSHA regulations and other safety standards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management with supervising experience. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and shop drawings. Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a safety-first culture. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction site safety practices is essential. Hands-on experience with construction site operations including quality control procedures and managing subcontractors.
