Monitor construction site activities to ensure safety standards are met and work progresses according to plan. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), submittals, and progress reports. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for daily reporting, tracking progress, and quality control. Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contract terms and project timelines. Coordinate schedules Requirements Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within heavy civil or commercial construction environments. Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated expertise in using construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam for documentation and reporting purposes. Construction site experience is essential to understand field operations thoroughly.
