• We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for animals and excellent customer service skills. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their pets.

• Duties:

• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Assist in medical record management and ensure accuracy of client information
• Process payments and invoices
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

• Experience:

• Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
• Avimark computer system
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in medical collection processes
