Our team is young, driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong reputation for quality, responsiveness, and client trust. We're looking for a Superintendent who takes ownership in the field, can manage complex projects—especially in occupied environments—and lead crews and subcontractors with confidence and professionalism. The Role As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of quality. This role is critical to maintaining schedules, coordinating trades, and delivering a strong client experience on every project. Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Manage project schedule and coordinate subcontractors to maintain progress Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times Coordinate inspections and ensure work complies with plans and specifications Review drawings and proactively identify conflicts or issues in the field Communicate daily with Project Managers regarding schedule, budget, and issues Oversee subcontractor performance, quality, and sequencing Ensure all safety protocols are followed and enforced on site Manage material deliveries, logistics, and site coordination Maintain daily reports, site logs, and documentation Healthcare Experience (Highly Valued) Experience with any of the following is a strong plus: Healthcare or hospital construction projects Work in occupied / active environments

MRI / CT

replacements or imaging suite renovations Infection control (ICRA), phasing, and shutdown coordination AHCA or similar regulatory environments Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role Experience managing commercial or healthcare projects preferred Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proficiency with tools such as Procore and Bluebeam Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedule Strong communication and leadership skills OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who takes pride in running a clean, efficient jobsite Someone who can anticipate problems and solve them before they escalate Strong communicator with both field teams and clients Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-expectation environments
