Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Operations Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety regulations. Manage project schedules using advanced project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, or similar tools to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Oversee the development and review of construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise construction teams on-site, fostering a collaborative environment while managing daily operations to meet project milestones. Monitor project costs through detailed cost management practices utilizing HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools; track expenses against budgets regularly. Ensure construction regulatory compliance by adhering to local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with contractors, clients, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment. Conduct site inspections using Civil 3D or similar civil engineering software to verify work quality and progress. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project integrity and profitability. Implement construction schedule coordination strategies to mitigate delays and resolve issues swiftly. Lead project documentation efforts including progress reports, incident logs, safety records, and compliance reports. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects. Strong proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Prolog or equivalent platforms. Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, scheduling techniques, and blueprint reading. Hands-on construction site experience coupled with an understanding of construction regulations and safety standards. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies. Familiarity with civil engineering tools like Civil 3D for site layout and design verification is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
