Construction CoordinatorJob Description We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Construction Coordinator to play a pivotal role alongside the Field Operations Manager and Head of Drywall. This position is crucial to the seamless execution of self-performed scopes such as interior demolition, metal framing, drywall, ceilings, wall protection, and window coverings. This role requires an individual who can anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and support field teams to ensure efficient and uninterrupted work progress. Responsibilities + Manage construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings. + Coordinate material procurement from order through delivery. + Track changes and manage subcontractor coordination. + Ensure daily communication between field and office teams is maintained. + Demonstrate disciplined execution, proactive communication, and consistent follow-through. Essential Skills + Experience in construction, field operations, and project coordination. + Proficiency in construction coordination and supply chain management. + Expertise in managing work orders and using Procore. + Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple active projects. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools. + Clear and proactive communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in drywall, interiors, or self-perform construction environments. + Exposure to healthcare construction and ICRA knowledge is a plus. + High attention to detail and urgency. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. + Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset. + Experience with Procore is a nice-to-have. Work Environment The role is based on-site in Broward at the office, which offers a nice and relaxing environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
