- Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders

- 7-8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
- Experience delivering interiors projects including office, retail, restaurant, or medical spaces
- Background working for small to mid-sized contractors preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Proven ability to take projects from start-up through completion What's on
Offer Salary:
$100,000-$125,000 + benefits- Annual bonus opportunity of 5-10% plus $500/month vehicle and cell allowance
- Healthcare coverage with approximately 90% of premiums paid by the employer and 401(k) with 4% match
