• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial interiors projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, material deliveries, and site logistics
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
• Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders

• 7-8+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience delivering interiors projects including office, retail, restaurant, or medical spaces
• Background working for small to mid-sized contractors preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management

Offer Salary:

$100,000-$125,000 + benefits

• Annual bonus opportunity of 5-10% plus $500/month vehicle and cell allowance
