Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the lead specialist to manage daily operations and project-based work across endpoint and identity management platforms.
- Configure and support tools such as Jamf, JumpCloud, Mosyle, Rippling, and Apple Business Manager within the client environment.
- Contribute to the buildout of a new JumpCloud environment, including foundational setup and rollout activities.
- Administer device enrollment workflows, security policies, automation rules, and compliance controls for managed endpoints.
- Support the full lifecycle of corporate devices, from provisioning and deployment through ongoing maintenance and updates.
- Assist with user account provisioning and access management processes across connected systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues involving device management, identity services, and endpoint configuration.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation covering system settings, procedures, and operational standards.
- Help execute large-scale deployment efforts for devices and related management services. Requirements
- Hands-on experience with mobile device management and unified endpoint management technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of Jamf administration, including Jamf Pro or related Jamf solutions.
- Experience implementing and administering JumpCloud in an enterprise or client-facing environment.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Apple-focused device management practices.
- Background in endpoint security, endpoint protection, and overall device administration.
- Experience with IAM provisioning and user provisioning workflows.
- Proficiency troubleshooting endpoint, access, and platform integration issues.
- Exposure to Rippling or similar workforce and device management platforms is preferred.
