Land Development Project Manager

Fort Myers, FL Site Design Department Full-Time Kapur is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and will be responsible for grading and utility design using Civil 3D. This position involves working under a Professional Engineer (PE) to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and design of civil engineering projects. Perform grading and utility design using Civil 3D software. Collaborate with the Site Design team to develop project plans, specifications, and estimates. Conduct site visits and field inspections to gather data and assess project requirements. Compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. 7+ years of stormwater modeling and site civil design experience preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ICPR software desired. Strong understanding of grading and utility design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional engineering setting. Experience with single and multifamily residential design preferred. Experience with site design and land development projects. Familiarity with local, state, and federal engineering standards and regulations.
