Construction Fire Alarm Project Manager About the Role We are seeking an experienced Construction Fire Alarm Project Manager to oversee fire alarm installation projects from kickoff through final inspection and closeout. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, field personnel, and client relationships while ensuring all systems meet code compliance and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple fire alarm construction projects simultaneously Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, and equipment Oversee installation teams, subcontractors, and field supervisors Ensure compliance with NFPA, NEC, local codes, FFPC and safety standards Review blueprints, specifications, submittals, and change orders Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and profitability Coordinate inspections, testing, and final system commissioning Resolve field issues and maintain project documentation Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications 2+ years of project management experience in fire alarm, low voltage, or electrical construction Strong understanding of commercial fire alarm systems and construction processes Knowledge of NFPA 72, NEC, and local fire codes Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and project timelines Ability to read construction drawings and technical specifications Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software NICET certification preferred Valid driver's license required Acceptable background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance, Long and short-term disability, life insurance, Flexible Spending Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match EEO Drug Free Workplace
