Job Description Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project schedules and quality. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and labor allocation. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience with overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
