Job Description

We are looking for a Bilingual (English Spanish) dedicated, client focused and passionate about delivering exceptional quality Project Manager to lead a team of Subcontractors and Cleaning Specialists crews for our Post - Construction Division in an assigned territory area. In this role, you will plan, organize, direct, monitor, supervise and control your assigned area team and projects to achieve cost and profit objectives. You will be responsible for effectively managing your team and each individual post-construction cleaning project to guarantee that all the work is performed according with contract specifications. The ideal candidate will deliver results by being process oriented, focus on continuous improvement and safety, pay attention to details and take responsibility for leading and motivating his/her team.
Major Responsibilities:
Continuously analyzes the results of construction operations and takes immediate corrective action when performance deviates from standard. Continuously evaluates procedures, methods, and materials for purposes of improving performance and reducing costs of operation (meeting with Management on a monthly basis to review area financial results and job profitability reports). Provides the best possible experience to our clients. Provides constructive feedback to our subcontractors and team members. Obtains signoffs of work performed. Visits upcoming services locations, in order to confirm the Job Site is ready for service. Proposes additional services. Reports daily about sites visits. Performs Quality Ratings from our Clients. Reviews Job Costing to review margin performance. Assists the Administrative team, with details and observations of working conditions. Provides support in rescheduling jobs, as priorities come in from the clients. Prepares project budgets and schedules. Supports and assists sales account managers with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. Supports selection of qualified subcontractors and supervises their performance throughout each project. Continually investigates and introduces process improvement measures and presents suggestions to Director of Post - Construction for consideration. Represents the company within industry organizations. Reviews budgets/bids for accuracy. Acts when required to achieve desired profitability. Effectively manages project budget. Is passionate about safety and supports the organization preventing issues and supporting best policies and procedures to provide a safe work environment. Schedules and completes walk through with clients. Demonstrates and promotes culture, values, and management philosophy. Performs other duties as assigned.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position, and workdays are mainly Monday through Friday days and/or nights.
Required Education and Experience:
College degree preferred. 2-5 years of relevant job experience in post-construction cleaning or janitorial management preferred. Bilingual (English Spanish) is a must.
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
