Commercial HVAC Project Manager Hollywood, FL | Up to $110,000 or more Depending on Experience Commercial HVAC / Mechanical Construction We're partnering with a growing commercial HVAC and mechanical contractor that is hiring a Commercial HVAC Project Manager to lead projects from planning through completion. This is a strong fit for a construction PM with experience managing commercial HVAC, mechanical, retrofit, service, installation, or specialty construction projects . The right person can own the schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, client communication, change orders, and project execution without needing to be handheld. What You'll Be Doing Manage commercial HVAC/mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout Build and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower plans, and material needs Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, vendors, subcontractors, and field teams Review drawings, specifications, scopes, submittals, RFIs, and project requirements Track project costs, procurement, labor, subcontractor spend, and profitability Identify risks early and solve issues before they impact budget or schedule Manage change orders, approvals, documentation, and customer communication Conduct site visits to review progress, quality, safety, and field execution Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to clients and internal leadership Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations What They're Looking For Experience managing commercial HVAC, mechanical, or specialty construction projects Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, drawings, and field coordination Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and client expectations Experience with change orders, RFIs, submittals, procurement, and project documentation Knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC installation, retrofits, or commercial building systems Strong communication skills with clients, field teams, engineers, and leadership Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred PMP, PMI, or project management certification is a plus Experience with project management or scheduling software is preferred Why You'll Love It Up to $110,000 or more depending on experience Lead meaningful commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects Work with an established contractor that is continuing to grow High-ownership role with visibility across clients, leadership, and field operations Strong fit for someone who likes fast-moving projects and real accountability Opportunity to work on service, retrofit, installation, and commercial building projects Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off and holidays Career growth opportunities Collaborative team environment #
