Field Superintendent Leola Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent who combines strong communication, accountability, and a desire to grow to oversee our residential construction sites with integrity and excellence. Here's What you get to do: Act as a liaison between clients, subcontractors, and employees, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success. Oversee daily operations on residential construction sites, managing slab, block, and framing activities to meet plans, schedules, and budgets. Lead subcontractors with accountability, ensuring high-quality work and a safe job site. Conduct site inspections and progress reviews, using strong analytical and decision-making skills to address issues proactively. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes, leveraging time management skills to keep projects on track. Coordinate material deliveries and equipment usage to optimize resources and maintain efficiency. Great Fit:
2+ years of management experience; sales experience in construction is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Valid driver's license with a safe driving record. OSHA 10-
