CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO INTERPRET DESIGN/FABRICATION BLUE PRINTS.
Hourly wage determined through experience and interview process. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for miscellaneous metal components for fabrication. Fabricate custom metal pieces, including railings, stairs, handrails, and other structural elements from various materials such as steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components. Perform MIG and other welding techniques to join metal parts securely. Ensure all metal components are welded, cut, and fabricated accurately. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications. Maintain a safe work environment.
Required Skills:
Fabrication/Layout for stair rails, ladders, gates, etc. Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) Welding shop tools and machines Safety Practices and Procedures Desired Skills Forklift/Telehandler Operations Field Misc Metal Product Installation Experience Summary As a Fabricator/Welder specializing in miscellaneous metals, you will be integral to our manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. Your primary responsibilities will include interpreting blueprints and utilizing hand and power tools to fabricate metal components. Proficiency in welding and metal working is essential, along with the ability to operate forklifts safely. With your core skills in fabrication and basic math, you will ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
