Full Job Description Job Title:

Commercial Construction Superintendent We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on complex construction projects across healthcare, K-12 education, commercial, and government sectors. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background managing site activities from mobilization through project closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in active and highly regulated environments, including healthcare facilities (with a focus on infection control, ICRA protocols, and occupied renovations), K-12 campuses (phased construction and student safety), and government projects (compliance with public sector requirements, inspections, and documentation). Commercial construction experience should include coordination of diverse trades and fast-paced project delivery. As Superintendent, you will be responsible for daily site supervision, subcontractor coordination, schedule enforcement, and quality control. You will work closely with project managers, owners, and inspectors to maintain clear communication and ensure all regulatory and safety standards are met. A strong understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, and risk mitigation in occupied or secure environments is essential.
