Job Description
  • Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and material deliveries
  • Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout construction
  • Partner with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve issues proactively

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Background in Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education, Aviation, or Government projects
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Stable work history with demonstrated project ownership and accountability
  • Knowledge of scheduling, safety compliance, and commercial construction best practices What's on
Offer Salary:
$110,000 - $150,000 + annual performance bonus
  • $500/month vehicle allowance + $75/month cell phone allowance
