This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of our Jacksonville operation while leading impactful projects throughout Northeast Florida. Candidates will be considered at either the Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level based on experience, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and professional licensure. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead projects from concept through construction, build strong client relationships, mentor developing engineers, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Civil/Site practice. Responsibilities Project management of land development plans, stormwater management, grading, drainage, water and sanitary sewer design, and permitting activities. Manage multiple projects and workloads with competing deadlines. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution. Quality control and quality assurance for project deliverables. Coordinate permitting efforts and regulatory agency approvals. Develop proposal scopes, project schedules, budgets, and change orders. Manage project financials including invoicing, accounts receivable, project profitability, and budget tracking. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for continued growth and business development. Coordinate project teams, staffing requirements, schedules, and deliverables. Mentor, train, and develop junior engineers and project staff. Senior-level candidates may also provide leadership and mentoring to Project Managers and support team growth initiatives. Participate in proposal development, client presentations, and business development activities. Perform construction-related site visits and assist with resolving project challenges during design and construction. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 8+ years of civil engineering and land development experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred for Project Manager candidates and required for Senior Project Manager candidates. Knowledge of local city, county, and state land use processes and regulations. Proficiency in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analyses, grading, drainage, and other site development related designs. Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Ability to interact effectively with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Construction oversight experience is a plus. Dedicated, responsive, organized, and client-focused. Valid driver's license.
