About the Role Superintendent II leads field operations on industrial projects in the Jacksonville area, planning, supervising, and executing construction to ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient jobsite. As a senior field leader, this role takes on larger, more complex projects, mentors field staff, and helps Winter grow its presence in the Jacksonville market.
