Coast area. This position is for someone who can assist with supervising active job sites, coordinating crews, handling project paperwork, ordering materials and equipment, and helping keep repairs moving on schedule.

Pay:

$25-$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Main Responsibilities Assist with supervising concrete restoration and repair projects at multiple job sites Coordinate daily work with crews, subcontractors, building representatives, and project management Understand repair scopes, means and methods, sequencing, and quality-control requirements Help track job progress, labor, materials, deliveries, and equipment Order and coordinate delivery of repair materials, tools, rentals, and equipment Review material needs in advance to avoid job delays Assist with AIA billing, including gathering backup documents, tracking completed work, reviewing schedules of values, and preparing information for invoices Maintain organized project files, daily reports, photos, receipts, purchase orders, and delivery tickets Help communicate job updates, material needs, schedule changes, and field issues to management Monitor job-site cleanliness, safety, and crew productivity Qualifications Construction project coordination, field supervision, or concrete-restoration experience preferred Familiarity with concrete repairs, spalled concrete, patching, waterproofing, balconies, structural repair, or general restoration work is a strong plus Working knowledge of AIA invoices, schedules of values, progress billing, and supporting documentation preferred Ability to read plans, repair details, proposals, and scopes of work Experience ordering construction materials, equipment, and rentals Strong organization, communication, and follow-up skills Comfortable using email, Excel, PDFs, photos, and mobile phone apps for job documentation Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Must be dependable, professional, and able to manage several job-site tasks at once To ApplyPlease send your name, phone number, work experience, current availability, and a short description of your experience with job supervision, AIA billing, concrete repairs, and material/equipment ordering.
