Overview:

We are looking for someone who is Bilingual, dependable, hands-on, organized, assertive, professional, and capable of effectively managing an entire site. This person must be comfortable managing employees, working directly with our client, resolving problems, enforcing policies, inspecting work, maintaining staffing and service standards, and communicating with the FPG team. This is not a desk-only management position. The Onsite Manager is expected to be actively involved in the daily operations of the facility, ensure the site is running efficiently, and address issues promptly to maintain FPG's standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities as followed:

Site Operations & Management:

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for FPG regarding daily operations. Ensure all areas are properly cleaned, maintained, and serviced according to FPG and client standards. Conduct regular inspections and quality-control checks. Identify deficiencies and immediately implement corrective action. Ensure equipment, chemicals, supplies, and PPE are available and properly maintained. Ensure closets, carts, equipment, and supplies are secured appropriately. Ensure all cleaning procedures and site-specific protocols are followed. Enforce all FPG safety policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with detention-center security procedures. Follow up on employee and site issues until they are resolved. Supervise and manage the on-site cleaning staff. Monitor attendance, punctuality, breaks, work performance, and employee conduct. Ensure employees remain productive and follow their assigned schedules. Address employee performance issues and report disciplinary concerns to management. Ensure employees are properly trained and understand their responsibilities. Verify that employees follow FPG policies and detention-center requirements. Ensure employees maintain proper professional boundaries with detainees at all times. Be prepared to respond to urgent site situations.

Qualifications:

Completely bilingual in English and Spanish - REQUIRED Must have reliable personal transportation Must be willing and able to relocate/commute to Lake City, FL Must be willing to work 7 days per week, 8 hours per day Ability to work independently and lead a team. Must be comfortable working in a detention-center environment Must be able to enforce company policies and employee standards consistently Strong leadership and organizational skills Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Ability to lead a team in a high-security facility Professional communication and problem-solving skills Must be available to start
