Suwannee Sunshine Services is looking for a dependable and organized Project Superintendent to help manage residential remodeling and construction projects. We are looking for someone with 2-4 years of experience assisting with or managing construction projects who understands how to keep jobs moving, communicate with subcontractors and customers, and make sure work is being completed properly and on schedule. Responsibilities Visit and oversee active construction and remodeling projects Coordinate subcontractors, employees, deliveries, and job schedules Monitor job progress and help keep projects on schedule Review work for quality and completion Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, customers, and office staff Help identify problems before they cause project delays Track materials and make sure needed materials are available Maintain organized project notes, photos, and documentation Provide regular project updates to management Help ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and professional Qualifications 2-4 years of construction or project management experience preferred Residential remodeling experience is a plus Basic understanding of construction methods and terminology Comfortable communicating with subcontractors and customers Good organizational and time-management skills Able to manage several projects at the same time Basic computer skills Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Excel, and Word Comfortable using a smartphone to take photos, send emails, and update project information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, professional, and able to work independently What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of their projects. You do not need to know everything, but you should have enough construction experience to recognize good workmanship, communicate effectively with trades, and help keep a project moving from start to finish.
