Firewall Centers is seeking an organized, energetic, and mission-driven Site Supervisor to lead one of our afterschool programs. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll manage daily site operations, support and coach a team, and help create a safe, fun, and structured environment where students can succeed. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of part-time mentors. Oversee daily program operations, curriculum, and enrichment activities. Build strong relationships with students, families, and school partners. Promote a positive, high-energy culture aligned with Firewall's mission. Ensure accurate data, reporting, and compliance with program standards. Qualifications High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred.
