OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, Valid Driver's License The Opportunity You will serve as the premier field leader driving ground-up commercial projects from initial mobilization through final project closeout. This role empowers you to direct all jobsite phases—including site work, structural elements, building envelope, and MEP systems—with true operational autonomy. You will work alongside a collaborative team that trusts your leadership and values master-level craftsmanship. How You Will Make an Impact Manage all ground-up commercial construction operations from site mobilization through final owner handoff. Coordinate diverse subcontractor trades daily to maintain strict compliance with project budgets and timelines. Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to resolve conflicts before they delay field progress. Direct essential daily site logistics, scheduling, material deliveries, building inspections, and local permitting. Maintain comprehensive site records including daily logs, request for information (RFI) documents, and submittals. Enforce rigorous jobsite safety protocols by conducting weekly safety meetings and proactive toolbox talks. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent specifically on ground-up commercial projects. Strong technical knowledge of full-cycle commercial construction phases from foundations to interior finishes. Proven capacity to manage and organize multiple subcontractor trades simultaneously across active sites. Proficiency in reading, analyzing, and interpreting complex structural, architectural, and MEP blueprints. Valid driver's license alongside reliable transportation to travel to regional projects in Southwest Florida. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multicultural crews in a bilingual English and Spanish environment. Proficiency utilizing commercial scheduling and project management software programs such as Procore or MS Project.
