Duties:

Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Coordinate and manage subcontractors, crew members, and suppliers to maintain workflow efficiency Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction schedules to guide on-site activities Utilize construction management software such as ProCore to track progress, document issues, and update schedules Monitor construction safety compliance according to OSHA standards and federal safety regulations Conduct quality control inspections and oversee construction drawing review to ensure work meets design intent and regulatory standards Manage and report on project performance Experience Proven experience supervising construction sites within commercial or heavy civil projects Strong knowledge of construction management practices including scheduling Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and technical specifications for accurate execution of work Familiarity with construction safety and OSHA regulations Demonstrated ability to manage sub contractors effectively, coordinate multiple trades, and maintain project timelines Excellent communication skills for managing crews, interfacing with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders This role is ideal for a motivated leader eager to make a tangible impact on large-scale construction projects. This position will require you to have reliable transportation. Estimated job completion is 6-8 months with the opportunity to supervise other locations after the project in Lehigh acres has been completed with willingness to travel.
