Construction Superintendent

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial, hospitality, or multifamily construction projects Proven experience managing 5-story+ buildings and coordinating day-to-day field operations Lead all field activities, maintaining control of schedule, quality, and subcontractor coordination Coordinate tie-ins between existing structures and new construction, including sequencing to avoid trade conflicts Read and coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings to proactively resolve field conflicts Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, code requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations Produce daily and weekly progress reports with photos and schedule updates while coordinating inspections, consultants, and deliveries Bilingual English/Spanish, South Florida inspection knowledge, Miami-Dade code familiarity, and OSHA Certification are preferred

Salary :

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, compensation is commensurate with experience.
