This pivotal role involves managing on-site activities, supervising skilled tradespeople, and ensuring that all work complies with safety standards, project specifications, and quality expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and extensive experience working on heavy construction sites. As a Shell Foreman, you will play a vital role in driving project success through effective supervision, coordination, and communication. Duties Lead daily construction activities on pipeline projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to schedule Supervise and coordinate the efforts of construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project goals Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and construction processes Monitor project progress using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to track schedules and budgets Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols (OSHA standards), project specifications, and industry best practices Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, daily reports, and safety records using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam Oversee the use of testing equipment such as ohmmeters for electrical integrity checks on pipelines and related systems Enforce safety policies on-site by conducting regular safety meetings, inspections, and training sessions Qualifications Proven experience supervising heavy construction projects with a focus on pipeline installation or similar infrastructure work Strong knowledge of construction management software including Primavera P6, Primavera, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent management skills with prior supervising experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance Ability to operate testing devices such as ohmmeters for electrical system verification Construction site experience with an emphasis on quality control and adherence to technical specifications Join our team as a Shell Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape infrastructure while fostering a safe and productive work environment.
