Job Title:

Construction Manager, 9AM-6

PM Mon-Fri Job Duties:

Oversee site coordination and provide technical expertise related to the procurement and installation of architectural millwork from the ground-up construction phase. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and millwork providers to ensure millwork designs align with the overall construction plans and site conditions. Manage timelines and ensure millwork installation fits within the broader project schedule, addressing any site challenges that could affect progress. Conduct quality control inspections during the millwork installation process to ensure adherence to specifications and standards. Provide on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving to address any millwork-related construction issues. Maintain detailed project documentation, including site conditions, progress reports, and any changes to the millwork design or schedule. Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards for both construction and millwork installation.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Civil Engineering required. Travel may be required to various construction worksites within the Miami-Dade county, Broward county, and Palm Beach county areas typically for a few hours every week.
