This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all facets of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, Prolog, and other construction management software. Manage project teams including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Oversee construction schedule coordination, monitor progress regularly, and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines. Review construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations. Control project costs through effective budget management and cost estimation techniques like HeavyBid and construction estimating tools. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and local building codes. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and progress reports. Facilitate project meetings to communicate updates, resolve issues promptly, and align team efforts toward shared goals. Conduct site inspections to verify quality workmanship, safety practices, and regulatory compliance on active construction sites. Requirements Proven experience managing pool construction, paving jobs or complex infrastructure or commercial construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery. Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, Prolog, HeavyBid, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project scheduling tools. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings accurately. Strong understanding of construction regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and environmental compliance requirements. Experience managing teams in a construction management role with excellent leadership skills. Familiarity with civil 3D for infrastructure projects is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Construction site experience demonstrating hands-on knowledge of field operations is essential.
