Job Description

Job Overview First Service CGC is a veteran-owned general contracting company serving Southwest Florida since 1994. We operate seven divisions — roofing, painting, remodeling, concrete restoration, windows, and more — across Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee counties. You'll run roofing production end to end — crews, materials, permitting, quality, closeout — and work directly with ownership and sales to grow the division's volume. Our other divisions generate steady roofing opportunities from existing customers; your job is to convert and deliver them. Duties Manage full-cycle production for residential and commercial roof installations and replacements — shingle, tile, metal, and flat/low-slope systems (TPO, mod bit) Support estimating and proposals for new roofing work; walk projects with sales and help close Schedule and supervise crews and subcontractors across multiple simultaneous jobs Order materials, manage supplier relationships, and control job costs against estimates Coordinate permitting, inspections, and final closeouts with county building departments across our five-county service area Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance on every job site Perform quality control walks and resolve punch-list items before closeout Communicate proactively with homeowners, property managers, and GCs on schedule and progress Experience 5+ years in roofing production, with 2+ years in a supervisory or management role Hands-on knowledge of steep-slope and low-slope systems and Florida Building Code requirements (HVHZ familiarity a plus) Experience managing multiple crews/subs and holding them to schedule and quality standards Comfortable reading estimates and managing to a budget Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work outdoors in Florida conditions.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
