Job Description Supervise and manage daily operations of industrial and renovation construction sites. Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any delays or challenges effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and team members. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Oversee quality control to ensure all work meets specifications and standards. Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to team members as needed. The Successful Applicant A successful Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects, particularly in industrial and renovations. Strong organizational and leadership skills to oversee teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and team members effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment. What's on Offer Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $130,000 USD. Project Completion Bonus for successful project delivery.
