The business delivers projects across industrial, manufacturing, clean room, healthcare, financial, and religious sectors, and is currently expanding its presence in the industrial market. Job Description
- Manage day-to-day field operations on TI, renovation, and commercial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and site logistics
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and milestone delivery
- Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout construction

- Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Comfortable transitioning between ground-up and TI/renovation assignments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
- Ability to manage mid-sized projects with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach What's on
