The business delivers projects across industrial, manufacturing, clean room, healthcare, financial, and religious sectors, and is currently expanding its presence in the industrial market. Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day field operations on TI, renovation, and commercial construction projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and site logistics
  • Monitor project progress, quality standards, and milestone delivery
  • Collaborate with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout construction

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
  • Comfortable transitioning between ground-up and TI/renovation assignments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
  • Ability to manage mid-sized projects with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach What's on

$110,000 - $130,000
