Skills and Requirements o 5 years or more of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing, with a focus on operational excellence and team leadership o Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint required o Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operational phases.. o Experience with financial management related to project or operational budgets, resource planning, and forecasting. o Familiar with Front-End Loading Best Practices. o PMP Certification
