full-time Your new company Hays is partnered with a well-known Real Estate firm, who is looking to add a General Manager to their team who will oversee a Class A Office building in West Palm Beach. Your new role Complete property inspections & maintenance assessments on-site Prepare monthly reports including financial statements, operating and leasing metrics and occupancy and lease expiration status Oversee Capital & Tenant Improvement Planning and Coordination Communicate regularly with and manage site vendors and contractors Prepare vendor contracts, reports, and other related documents Manage and oversee tenant space buildouts/improvements in order to maintain a high quality of construction and to ensure compliance with construction drawings, including conducting meetings with architects, construction contractors, and tenants What you'll need to succeed You will need a minimum of 8 years in the Commercial Real Estate space Must have experience with Class A Office Experience working with CAPX (Renovations, Vendors, etc) Experience managing a team (recruitment, onboarding, training & development) Proficient in Yardi, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, ETC.) Experience with financials (budgets, reports, invoices, CAM Recs, and more) What you'll get in return
