From preconstruction through close-out, you will drive projects ensuring each is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of excellence. You will collaborate closely with the entire project team, upstream and downstream, bringing your problem-solving mindset, communication skills, and technical expertise to every phase of construction. Key Responsibilities Enforcing and championing a safety-first culture Participate in preconstruction planning, logistics, and schedule development. Review and onboard subcontractors to ensure scope alignment and eliminate gaps. Lead coordination of and set clear expectations to trades, vendors, and suppliers to drive progress and maintain quality. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring labor and schedule efficiency. Monitor and document project progress using Procore. Manage inspections, approvals, and QA/QC documentation. Conduct regular quality checks throughout each phase of construction to identify and resolve issues before they become punch-list items. Collaborate with Project Managers on cost control, field changes, and design coordination. Maintain accurate daily documentation, including field reports, progress photos, schedule updates, inspections, issues, delays, and trade partner performance notes. Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and discretion when interacting with clients, design professionals, trade partners, community representatives, and internal team members. Qualifications and Skills 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or related field leadership role. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project/Primvera P6, working knowledge of Autodesk products. Able to read, interpret, and coordinate civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior design drawings. OSHA certification, ideally 30 hour, CPR, and First Aid training required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of local and national building codes and inspection processes. Lead by example.
